Least offensive comment

Its easy to come up with offensive comment, but can some one come up with the Least Offensive Comment ? Hmmm sort of a slow cycling race. And the winner gets... perhaps a word of appreciation from some and highly offensive comments from some others.:) Don't worry Winner you can call them Losers :)
RULES
1. Definition of Offensive - adjective - “ cause anger or annoyance“ . Is it possible to phrase an offense less offensively? I leave it to the bloggers to come up with it and the blogger to whom it is addressed to be the judge. General jokes, stories etc are NOT valid.
2. It must be addressed to a specific blogger. Other communities, persons not allowed. So no Ash or Ganguly or politicians etc.
3. Multiple entries allowed, i.e you can use the same comment on various bloggers
4. The next round, if it comes to that will be between those comments which have been acknowldeged by those whom it was addressed to as “not an offensive comment” . And perhaps there will be a poll on those comments after that.
5. Creativity will be encouraged . Generalising communities, cities and talking about blogger's sexuality and sexual history and your sexual relations with the blogger's parents, siblings, spouse, children, etc are passe and may not be thought of as Least Offensive.
6. No copyright issues please, other bloggers will freely borrow from your idea and improvise.
7. English is the preferable, but if one uses another language, please provide a rough translation in English
8. There is no immediate deadline at the moment. And if there is deadline, it will be mentioned in this post.
9. Feedback is essential part of this contest. If you find you are not offended by an “abuse“ do mention it. Vote fixing, if noticed will be frowned upon. While you might take care in being not offensive, its possible the blogger to whom its addressed might not share your views. Please do not respond with a more offensive comment, but think of a more creative offensive comment and thus another opportunity will not be wasted.
10. Humour will be an obvious added advantage
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1.Who can participate? Any blogger can participate.
2.Whom can be it be addressed to? It can be addressed to any blogger except those mentioned in the exclusion list. However for feedback purpose, its advisable to direct it at a frequent blogger who would visit this blog. Any comment directed towards other personalities, communities will not only be disqualified but also deleted.
3.What if I dont participate, but another blogger posts an offensive comment against me? You can just give your feedback, by posting “Its offensive“ or “It could be included in the Least Offensive Comments List (or LOCL)“ ? (Please mention the name, date and time while nominating a comment for the next round)You can also choose to ignore it. Or you can post an offensive comment against the blogger who posted one against you. Obviously if yours is Less Offensive you could emerge a Winner. Or you can say "Improvise" and choose not to nominate the entry Or if you think indulging in this “sport“ is a waste of time and still do not want your name tarnished, do post a comment with the message “I do not wish to participate in this contest, please exclude my name“. And your name will be included in the excluded list. It will be mentioned in this post and any comment directed at you will be deleted. Please note any blogger who is in the Excluded List cannot choose to participate and just post comments against other bloggers or pass any comment against other bloggers in this post. That will be deleted.
4.Is there a restriction on the number of entries I can post ? No.
5.What if someone posts in my name? If its termed Least offensive, you could be the winner and have the last laugh. But if your name is in the Excluded List, you can't participate in the contest. Any dispute on such issues will be settled by this blogger and past history of the blogger comments will be taken into account. Similarly since its possible for a blogger to post the comment and the feedback, even after the nominations, suspicious entries can be vetoed by this blogger.
6.What if I want to post in some other name? Either you dont want to win or you are confident that your entry won't win. Either way you are losing an opportunity. And I call you a loser even though I dont know your name.
7.What is the practical value of a contest like this? Shouldn't we be discussing serious issues, instead of indulging in petty contests? In our day to day life, we would like to make offensive remarks against many. But we don't do it because of the repurcussions. By entering in a contest like this or by watching passively a contest like this, one gets tips on how to be offensive without causing offense. If we could learn a way to communicate our wish for the other person to rot in hell in a better manner, our life would be free of considerable stress. By participating too, one gets to practise the thoughts. And it could be a stress buster.
8.How do you benefit from this? Hmmm I care for the welfare of the bloggers. And also would like to channelise their efforts. And perhaps this will reduce the number of irrelevant offensive comments in other posts. In short I am an angel.
9.What if some of the bloggers take my comment to the heart and post offensive comments against me in other blogs? Point out to the fellow blogger that they couldnt post a comment less offensive than yours. Challenge them to do it and direct their attention to this post.
10.What if I want to just check the feedback and not go through the entire comment section for feedback. The poll results will be updated from time to time on another blog http://o3.indiatimes.com/g3polls
11.Too much power in your hands. What if you fix it and win yourself. I will be a passive participant. I won't submit entries, but you can choose a comment against me and i will give feedback. If you think you have better chances by posting an offensive comment against my name, since I am a passive participant, think again. I campaign frequently against offensive comments. And though other active participants, may not give you the deserved feedback, their standards for offensive comments are high, so you could score either way. And when it comes to tie, the person who has posted LOC against the maximum number of bloggers will emerge the winner.
12.Is it practically possible to post a Least Offensive Comment? Well unless you try, you won't know.
A diplomat is supposed to be a person who can tell someone to go to hell and make the person look forward to it. If you win this contest perhaps you should think about a new career.
EXCLUSION LIST

A stupid post in retrospect. When my blog on metrosexuals in http://o3.indiatimes.com/hmmm was filled with abuses thought it would be a good idea to divert the abusive comments traffic to another blog http://o3.indiatimes.com/Fightitout The blog deleted by o3 by mistake.

Maybe a coincidence but few hours after the blog started, o3 stopped abuses in comments :D
