No points for blogging !!!!

I can earn points if I use Indiatimes to chat, log in its club, read articles etc. Uploading a video in Dating gets 25 points. Ok I am not grudgin those who want to upload their video, hey make a music video and upload and become the next Idol Superstar or whatever.
The point of points - Well generally there are sweepstakes and you get to win mobile TV etc. Think for entering a sweepstake you would require 10 points. There are also carrots which one accumalates for shopping online, and thru this one can win more stuff. Well I can understand the carrots, since they would want to encourage people to buy online...
But no points for blogging?? Not even 0.000000001 ?
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh .
PS : Well on 2nd check using their email also doesnt fetch points. If only I could get a point for every email I receive from Soniaiyer and Co :D
